There are many people around who claim
to be computer experts. Perhaps you have a well-intentioned
friend or neighbor that has tried unsuccessfully to assist you
with computer problems. Or perhaps you have hired a "professional"
that left you worse off than before they arrived. The fact
is, there is much more to being a computer support technician
than just being an "advanced" computer user. Our technicians
are qualified professionals with years of full-time computer
support experience. Although self-proclaimed computer experts
are often inexpensive, the old adage of getting what you
pay for really applies to computer support.
